Return and cancellation policy

There is no general voluntary right of withdrawal or return for orders placed with INOXMETALL (SABATELLA GmbH).

Products that are configured, specially sourced or made to the customer's specifications are excluded from return and exchange. This applies in particular to garden showers, custom dimensions, special connections, surfaces, colours and individually configured equipment.

Changes or cancellations are only possible with the prior written consent of SABATELLA GmbH. If the procurement of materials, configuration or production has already begun, the costs incurred up to that point may be invoiced.

Unused standard and stock items can only be taken back by prior written agreement. The goods must be complete, undamaged and, where possible, in their original packaging. The customer bears the costs and risk of the return shipment.

Claims based on defects as well as expressly assured warranty and guarantee claims remain unaffected. Visible damage or deviations should be reported in writing within five days of receipt, where possible.
