Shipping and delivery terms

We deliver within Switzerland. Garden showers and larger products are usually delivered to the kerbside. Shipping costs start at CHF 99 and depend on the product, dimensions, weight and delivery location. The binding amount is shown at checkout or in the order confirmation.

Smaller accessories and spare parts can be sent by parcel post. The applicable shipping costs are shown when you complete your order.

The expected delivery time depends on the product and the chosen version. For configured or made to measure products, the delivery date is confirmed in the order confirmation. Delivery information is an estimate unless a binding date has been expressly confirmed in writing.

The customer ensures that the delivery address is accessible and that the goods can be accepted on the agreed date. Installation, connection and unloading are only included if this is expressly stated in the quotation or order confirmation.

Please check the delivery immediately upon receipt. Visible transport damage or deviations should be reported in writing to info@inoxmetall.ch within five days, where possible.
