The lightweight 2 mm aluminium baking hood turns the fire hearth into an oven, pizza oven or kettle grill. It quickly reaches around 280 °C (maximum 350 °C); you regulate the temperature with the adjustable vent and read it on the built-in thermometer, ideal for pizza, bread and slow cooking. After use, it protects the fire hearth from the weather. New, optimised shape.
