Grilling without meat: the steamer made of bright-annealed stainless steel sits in the multi-holder. Pour in around 1 litre of water, put the vegetables in the strainer insert, close the lid and you are done. With fine smoking wood instead of water, you can smoke fish or poultry. Tip: use the steamer either only for steaming or only for smoking. Suitable for the fire hearth 1000; the multi-holder is not included.
