With the multi-holder, you place a paella/wok pan, grill grate or steamer directly over the fire. The height is infinitely adjustable, even while cooking: slightly loosen one of the two wooden handles, slide the holder along the angled guide and tighten it again. This lets you regulate the heat at any time.
